About the Director
Regina Crozier is a landlord and property investor. She knows first hand the difficulties landlords struggle with regarding AST lets. She has a love of finding properties in need of TLC and turning them around. She lives for making things better than how she found them.
She discovered her passion for Serviced Accommodation when she began going on staycations in the United Kingdom. The accommodation offerings were variable. Some of them are nice enough but had worn out furnishings or tired linens letting them down. Maintaining certain, simple standards can be the difference between a property that is fully booked months in advance and another that barely keeps a 50% occupancy rate.
Regina’s aim is to provide pleasant, peaceful accommodations that customers want to stay in again and again.
